How to navigate in all results from google search

Let's say you are searching for css templates

How do you see search results from page 40 ? Normaly you are clicking on page 10 then 20 etc.

You could do this more eficent if you are clicking on page 10 then your address bar is changing to http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=css+templates&start=90&sa=N

modify 90 to (40-1)*10 = 390

and you should see page 40
